Is the free tier really free, forever?
Yes. 3 GST bills every calendar month, forever, with no credit card. If you outgrow it, a ₹99 Starter pack gives you 20 more. No subscription trap.
What's the difference between a free and a paid bill?
Free bills carry a small watermark ("Created with GSTBill.app") and a footer line. Paid bills are clean — only your business name, GSTIN, and logo appear. Both are legally valid under Rule 46.
Do the credits expire?
No. Every paid credit you buy is permanent. This is deliberate — we know small businesses bill in bursts (festivals, quarter-ends). You shouldn't lose money because your pack is on a calendar timer.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro later?
Yes — simply buy any pack; credits stack. You can end up with any combination of credits on your account.
How does the refund work?
If you've used fewer than 3 bills from a pack, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase. Full refund to your UPI / card — no form to fill.
Do you charge extra for WhatsApp-sent bills?
Yes — WhatsApp delivery uses 2 credits per bill (web download uses 1). This is because Meta charges us a small amount per WhatsApp message. You'll see this before you hit Send.
Is Razorpay secure?
Razorpay is RBI-regulated and one of India's largest payment gateways. They handle all card and UPI transactions; we never see your card details.
Can I pay via UPI directly instead of Razorpay?
Yes. Razorpay supports all UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM). You can also use cards or netbanking through the same checkout.
Will my accountant accept these bills?
Every invoice has all ten Rule 46 fields — supplier GSTIN, buyer GSTIN (for B2B), consecutive invoice number, HSN codes, CGST/SGST or IGST split, and place of supply. We also offer a monthly ZIP export for your CA.
What if I need more than 600 bills a month?
